Managers and Senior Managers will have 6-10 years of accounting experience and will take on a mentoring role for Staff and/or Senior Staff. They are also responsible for:
- Client management and engagements
- Coordinating various planning phases of the engagement and ensuring work is completed on schedule
- Generating budgets
- Reviewing and evaluating workpapers and ensuring compliance
- Reviewing reports, financial statements and tax returns
- Working with the engagement partner to review significant findings involving accounting principles, auditing standards, tax regulations and firm policies
- Prepare and discuss staff performance evaluations for all staff under their supervision
- Development and supervision of multiple engagements
- Billing and collections from client
- Signing tax returns on behalf of the firm
