Staff Accountant

Staff Accountants are entry level staff with 0-3 years of accounting experience and typically in the process of sitting for the CPA exam. They will work on projects along side senior staff and will have a mentor to help teach and guide them along their career path.

Staff Accountants can expect to perform the following:

Tax

Prepare workpapers
Individual tax returns
Business tax returns
Tax basis compilations
Conduct research for preparation of technical memorandums

Audit

Audit engagements at client locations (no overnight travel) in the areas of cash, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, payroll and expense analysis.

Business tax returns
